are available as downloadable zip files using links given at the bottom
of this page and comprise:

All files are readily available to
download and do not require a password. Newer versions of some software
files may be available from the suppliers of the software but these
cannot be guaranteed to have the same features or functionality
as the versions used in the book.
ACME Copier sample
The ACME Copier zip file contains
all the source code for the system as presented in the book. After
unzipping the file, the different code segments can be found in
the folder indicated after each item as follows:
- Pocket Service Assistant Pocket PC application (with source
code written with Microsoft eMbedded Visual Basic (ACME Copier/Client/PSA),
help file (ACME Copier/Client/Help), setup files (ACME Copier/Client/Setup)
and the source code to the application launcher written in Microsoft
eMbedded Visual C++ (ACME Copier/Client/Starter)).
- Design of the system as a Microsoft Visio model (ACME Copier/Design).
- ACME Copier logos used in samples (ACME Copier/Logo).
- Server side source code (with component source code (ACME Copier/Server/Component),
web pages (ACME Copier/Server/Web), and files to recreate the
database (ACME Copier/Server/zDB)).
Sample code
Sample source code for all the other
samples (apart from the ACME Copier sample) can be found in folders
named accordingly once the file has been unzipped..
